Welcome to Spinym ("Spinym," , "we," "us" or "our", "me", "my" might also refer to "Franz Nkemaka"). Spinym enables you to ask your friends things you have never dare before in a fast, beautiful and fun way. Just send an ask, anonymously or openly, wait for the reply and share!
An Ask is the question, feedback or opinion that a user gives to other users or receives from other users on Spinym.. A Spinym Score is a measure to assess and tell how constructive and meaningful the user behavior is based on a complex internal dynamic algorithm that generates a score for each user called Confanity™. We by no means guarantees the accuracy of this measure.
We collect the following types of information.
Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for a Spinym account.
Profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, picture). This information allows us to help you or others be "found" on Spinym.
User Content (e.g., photos, Asks, and other materials) that you post to the Service.
Communications between you and Spinym. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt-out of Service-related e-mails.
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
When you use our Service, even if you are just visiting our website and not registered, we receive information about you and your access. Our servers and some third-party technology providers log your internet protocol (IP) address with timestamps to maintain the security and quality of the service and may log the IP for other purposes such as analytics. To maintain the safety and security of our users, we record your IP address and port when you register and when you send an Ask on any of our platforms. We may also record the IP address and port on other occasions for the same purpose.
When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device's operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by Spinym.
We collect your GEO Coordinates either directly from your device (accurate) or with your IP Address (coarse). You have the option to disable this in your Device settings
help you efficiently access your information after you sign in
remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service;
provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service
monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns
Sensitive data like your device ID, IP, Location are encoded in our custom unhashable hashing algorithms similar to md5, sha, base62. For example, your geo-coordinates may be saved in our Databases like 2MwsXi0y.Q8BaaU instead of the real one. You are the only person to know your password because it is unhashable, it may look like 0cbc6611f5540bd0809a388dc95a615b
